CommonStrength originated as a blog dedicated to finding out the easiest and most efficient ways to improve your ability to move heavy objects.

It was essentially a highly pragmatic investigation answering the question: “What is the best way for two guys who have very little times on their hands, few coins and a shed load of will power, to get stronger?”
Following the successes of the blog and opportunities that arose as a result, CommonStrength is now the personal training blog of its original author – Sean Cassidy.
